3D printing

• We perform 3D printing of parts using a Formlabs Fuse 1+ printer.
• SLS printing (powder printing)
• Printing material Nylon 12 with temperature resistance up to 150 °C
• Printed parts can be further machined in the classical way and can also fully replace injected plastic parts.
• Prototype parts production before approval for use
• Production of test parts before injection mold production
• Production of test modules for testing cable harnesses
• Production of plastic parts that cannot be produced by conventional machining
• Production of functional accessories for hand tools
• Printing is possible if the customer sends the data in STL format
• If there is a request for data editing, the data must be sent in STEP format, after mutual agreement we will edit the part and convert it to a print format.
• Possibility of creating a model based on sent samples or drawings

• Materials used: PLA, PETG, PCTG, ABS, PC, FLEX
• Materials with glass fibers or carbon fibers
